Curt Morgan

Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder

Mr. Morgan, CEO is responsible for new product development, long term planning and strategic partnering. He brings with him experience as a mining engineer with extensive knowledge in information and systems integration. As a miner he held the position of General Superintendent the year the mine won the prestigious “Sentinels of Safety” award and Engineering Manager setting the yearly record for US coal production. As a research scientist at Exxon’s Research Production Company, he developed some of the first mine simulation programs that integrated geologic modeling with mine production logistics. After leaving the mining industry, Mr. Morgan went on to assist DARPA in integrating logistic systems with advanced weapons simulations. He lead projects integrating information for nuclear sites, nuclear submarine design and air war gaming. As the emergent technologies were released for commercialization, Mr. Morgan returned to the mining industry and formed what is now Dimension Technology Solutions, Inc. (DTS).

Mr. Morgan created DTS to develop a holistic and practical approach to integration that supports both operations and business needs. He is considered an expert in information modeling and his information model for large metals mines including mining, leaching, mills, smelter, rod plants and electro refining is one of the most comprehensive in the world.

He has been awarded three Small Business Innovative Research grants from the Department of Energy for his work on the use of neural networks in signal processing. Other accomplishments include publishing papers on information integration and chairing conference sessions on artificial intelligence. His prior field experience in mining and construction, combined with his experience with advanced weapon systems have convinced him that most complex problems are best solved with proven technologies applied with a liberal dose of common sense. Mr. Morgan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado.

Michelle Morgan

Owner, Co-Founder, Board of Directors

In 1994 Ms. Morgan helped found Dimension Technology Solutions, Inc. (DTS) to focus on providing asset intensive industries comprehensive information technology that produces real return on investment. She strongly believes that every company has a moral obligation to ensure its employees have competitive compensation, excellent health benefits and retirement options, and each individual is treated with respect.

As Business Operations Manager and primary shareholder, Ms. Morgan oversees financial practices, human resources and risk management for DTS. These principles, established at the company’s inception thirteen years ago, have been instrumental in DTS’s success and ability to attract and hold extremely talented and motivated individuals. Ms. Morgan continues to personally direct all aspects of human resources.

She has also been instrumental in ensuring that DTS is profitable every year, has the firm support of the financial community, and an excellent credit history. Ms. Morgan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in French language from the University of Colorado.

Bart Lorang

President

As President of Dimension Technology Solutions (DTS), Mr. Lorang is responsible for day to day operations, new product development and customer and partner services and engagements.

Mr. Lorang began his career with DTS in 1996 while still in high school. Recognizing that he was a technology prodigy, DTS recruited Mr. Lorang by successfully competing with other companies, including Microsoft. He has personally directed the technological development of every DTS product since joining the company. In 2000, while still a student at the University Of Colorado Engineering School, Mr. Lorang was promoted to full Partner. He worked as professional developer and consultant nearly full time while completing his degree and many of his solutions continue to be used by some of the largest mines in the world. In 2002 Mr. Lorang was promoted to Chief Technical Officer and in 2006, to President. Mr. Lorang has overseen and managed multiple projects and implementations, executed and grown new lines of business and delivered solutions to a variety of customers in diverse industries around the world.

Mr. Lorang is recognized for providing solutions that are simple and work reliably. He strongly believes in using technology to solve problems as opposed to using problems to demonstrate technology. Mr. Lorang holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Colorado.

David B. Brown

Vice President, Operations

As Vice President of Technical Operations for Dimension Technology Solutions Inc. (DTS), Mr. Brown is responsible for the architecture, implementation, and support of the Technical Excellence Center, hosting infrastructure, including the internal systems and networks supporting DTS, and management of marketing initiatives. Under his direction, DTS solidified its internal technical processes, customer support, standardized product development and upgraded hosting capabilities. As a result DTS successfully completed its Level II SAS 70 audit of these areas. Mr. Brown continues to personally direct all aspects of the Technical Excellence Center.

Prior to joining DTS, Mr. Brown managed infrastructures for some of the nation's largest ERP customers. He has extensive training in networking, server management, and application/server architectures and has worked in the technical application and systems industry since 1994. He is a firm believer in striving for excellence by continually improving business processes and setting high standards for employee performance.

Mr. Brown served with distinction in the U.S. Army as an Airborne Ranger. Tours included Operation Just Cause in Panama, Operation Desert Storm in Iraq, and Task Force Ranger in Somalia. He earned a Bronze Star with Valor for lifesaving actions taken in the course of combat. These experiences have forged leadership characteristics and integrity that serve as examples for his staff. Mr. Brown holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Maryland and an Associate’s degree in Visual Communications from Pikes Peak Community College.

J.C. Helfer

Vice President, Security

As Vice President of Security, Mr. Helfer's primary responsibilities include technology project management for customers and management of a state of the art Network Operations Center. Mr. Helfer also assists in mentoring new consultants within the companies Oracle / J.D. Edwards™ installation and support team, as well as customers IT staff.

Mr. Helfer is a recognized leader with Oracle / J.D. Edwards Configurable Network Computing (CNC™) technology. He has over eight and one half years experience in the niche field of installing and tuning Oracle software in distributed network environments, and a solid foundation in current network engineering technologies. He as consulted to numerous Fortune 1000 clients, he continues to provide technical consultation, project management, and hands-on work in all phases of planning and implementing both hardware and software solutions.

Mr. Helfer brings a unique depth and breath of experience to any project. He is an Honorably Discharged Veteran, and a retired Police Commander. He brings to us over 20 years of experience in project management experience, and over 15 years experience in working with advanced technologies in information services. In addition to heading one of the first computer crime investigations units in the USA, Mr. Helfer lead a project team that built the infrastructure and implement an eight million-dollar enhanced 911 emergency communications center. Mr. Helfer holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Administration from Columbia College and an Associates Degree in Law Enforcement Administration from Arapahoe Community College.

Dave Koelzer

Vice President, Process Improvement

As Vice President of Process Improvement for Dimension Technology Solutions Inc. (DTS), Mr. Koelzer is responsible for guiding and assisting DTS customers, current and prospective, move initiatives forward with process consulting and design of business process information technology landscape. Mr. Koelzer also provides pre-sales, sales, project management, application design, and direction for both DTS and our customers. Mr. Koelzer has many years of experience with eMESA™ from both the customer and DTS perspective as one of his former employers was an early adopter of eMESA™. He began his career in IT consulting and application development as a Senior Project Manager and adds 25 years of operations, maintenance and IT management to the DTS team.

Prior to joining DTS, Mr. Koelzer held a wide variety positions in gold, copper, and coal mining as well as the transportation industries. He started his career as a maintenance apprentice in the gold fields of Nevada for Newmont Gold (formerly Carlin Gold) where he was promoted from Mechanic-Welder to Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Planner, Maintenance Manager and finally as IT Project Manager. After moving to the transportation sector and holding the position of Operations Supervisor-Manager with Powder River Transportation, he then went on to Foundation Coal (formerly Cyprus, Cyprus-AMAX, RAG) where he assisted with the customization of MIMS-Ellipse Maintenance-Operations as an Application Coordinator and Consultant. He also held a position as the GEM Coordinator-Manager in a process reengineering initiative to redesign all maintenance and operations process and technologies for the mineral and coal divisions. Mr. Koelzer held the position of Maintenance/Operations General Coordinator-Manager at the Belle Ayr Mine, and finally corporate IT Manager for the entire company with responsibilities for all corporate applications and networks.

Mr. Koelzer has designed, implemented, and managed a wide spectrum of IT applications including eMESA™ , MIMS/Ellipse, Lawson, Cybershift, SAP, Coal and Mineral Production Systems as well managing numerous IT initiatives for both surface and underground mining in the Financial, Sales-Transportation, Materials, Operations-Production, and Maintenance areas.

Travis Todd

VP, eMESA Live and Corporate Development

As Vice President of eMESA Live™ and Corporate Development, Mr. Todd is responsible for leading the development, direction and implementation of eMESA. Mr. Todd began his career with DTS as the eMESA Product Manager and within his first year was promoted to Vice President of eMESA Products and Services. He successfully led and directed DTS’s largest implementations of eMESA. His experience and education allow him to bridge the gap between the operational realities and the business requirements of large companies. His strengths include being a strong innovator with excellent interpersonal communications skills.

Mr. Todd is responsible for the DTS business plan and in that role reports to the Board of Directors. He is firmly committed to the principle of developing product to meet customer needs as quickly as possible.

Prior to working at DTS, Mr. Todd worked in a variety of Operations positions for Rio Tinto Energy America (formerly Kennecott Energy). He spent five years in maintenance as a planner and maintenance engineer, two years as a project manager responsible for capital projects, and two years as an operations supervisor. Mr. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wyoming. He also holds a Master of Business Administration degree (MBA) from the University of Texas at Austin.

Duane Wishmeyer

Controller

As Controller for Dimension Technology Solutions Inc. (DTS), Mr. Wishmeyer is responsible for finance, accounting, and administration at Dimension Technology Solutions. Mr. Wishmeyer began his career at Dimension Technology Solutions as a Senior Technical Consultant in the HR/Payroll arena. He was quickly promoted to Controller and became responsible for management of the company’s finances. He established the policies and procedures allowing DTS to manage its growth. His hands-on experience in the software field provides him with a holistic perspective of the business that transcends the financials. Mr. Wishmeyer, with his background as consultant before becoming controller, believes strongly that customer satisfaction comes first.

Prior to DTS, Duane worked at JD Edwards as a training developer and QA supervisor. Mr. Wishmeyer moved into consulting as a contractor for HR/Payroll implementations before joining the team at DTS. Mr. Wishmeyer holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Iowa State University.

Darren Davis

Director, Business Development

As the Director of Business Development for Dimension Techonology Solutions, Mr. Davis is responsible for advancing the DTS vision and mission worldwide by communicating to external audiences about the company’s strategic direction, products and services.

Prior to joining DTS, Mr. Davis spent fourteen years in the telecommunications industry. He spent three years in Customer Service, four years as Network Support Technician, and seven years in National Account Management. As a national account manager his responsibilities included increasing sales and support productivity across sales units.

Mr. Davis also brings compliance and IT Security experience. He has worked with some of the brightest security professionals in the industry to educate the business community on the importance of securing their most valued asset; their data.

Mr. Davis is active in the development of our youth through coaching and helping to develop leadership skills.

Jerry Peterson

Director, eMESA Services, North America, Western Region

As Senior Technical Consultant and/or Director of eMESA Services, North America Western Region, Mr. Peterson is responsible for supporting the development, direction and implementation of eMESA and other DTS developed applications.

He’s supported the design, development, prototyping, implementation, and on-going training of eMESA. Mr. Peterson played a key role in the development and implementation of the first version of eMESA.

Prior to working at DTS, Mr. Peterson worked in a variety of positions for Rio Tinto. He spent five years in maintenance as a planner and maintenance engineer, three years as a business analysts focused on asset management and business improvement across many different product groups worldwide. He has a sound understanding of business process and system tools usage in the area of asset management.

Mr. Peterson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology.

Fred Hiers

VP, eMESA Products and Services

As Vice President of eMESA Products and Services, Mr. Hiers is responsible for supporting the development, direction and implementation of eMESA and other DTS developed applications.

Prior to joining DTS Mr. Hiers spent 17 years in the Department of Defense, aerospace, and logistics industry. Mr. Hiers has spent many years working with both domestic government clients as well as foreign government clients to provide the right solution to complex problems. Starting his career in the U.S. Army, as an AH-64A armament/electrical repairer allowed him to understand the importance of having the right information to make critical decisions in a24/7 environment. These lessoned learned followed him into the civilian industry where he provided onsite training support and maintenance at the National Training Center for M.I.L.E.S. system on the AH-64A helicopter.

Moving on from the hand s on maintenance to the support role Mr. Hiers worked for The Boeing Company developing corrective/ preventive maintenance , troubleshooting task, provisioning, software requirements, integration testing and software development for various customers both foreign and domestic . This experience allowed Mr. Hiers the opportunity to see the relationship between the maintenance and material processes within logistics and how they interact and where the problems areas can occur. Mr. Hiers took advantage of an opportunity presented and moved on to work for Lockheed Martin as the Supportability Maintenance/Material Lead for the Ellipse implementation for the Deepwater program. The leadership role provided hands on experience with a large scale EAM implementation, and the issue with providing a balance between the schedule/contract, the software, and what the functional process requires.

Mr. Hiers experiences working with multiple customers/cultures has allowed him to develop the ability to quickly understand different business process between customers; at the same time provided the base that has allowed him to develop a sound understanding of taking real world business and maintenance processes and moving them into the digital world to provide the customer the best solution to perform their mission 24/7.

Mr. Hiers holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems.

Allen Crane

Director, Application Architecture

Mr. Crane comes to DTS from a long and extremely successful experience in the IT industry. Since 1993 Allen has held several senior level positions at Digital Equipment Corporation, Quantum and Ford Aerospace. Immediately Prior to coming to DTS Mr. Crane held the CTO position at TalentZone Systems, where from the ground up, he orchestrated the development and production of the TZ application which quickly became a global standard in HR management.

As a result of his work history, education, and industry knowledge, Mr. Crane is uniquely suited to his position. Over the last 7 years, Mr. Crane has lead development teams and personally developed integration solutions for multiple enterprise resource planning systems (ERP) to include: Oracle, Ellipse, SAP, ADP and PeopleSoft. In addition to Mr. Crane’s experience writing world class enterprise applications Allen has also led several different software development teams in multiple countries including: United States, Canada, India and Brazil.

Tyler Walborn

Manager, eMESA Product Development & Quality Assurance

As manager of eMESA Product Development and Quality Assurance, Mr. Walborn is responsible for leading the Dimension Technology Solutions Inc. (DTS) eMESA development team and ensuring all eMESA implementations are successful. Mr. Walborn brings innovation, creativity, and total focus on the customer to this endeavor.

Mr. Walborn began his career at DTS in 2002 as a summer intern working in the TEC in a support role. Shortly thereafter he was promoted to position of Developer where he was responsible for day to day enhancements and modifications of all DTS’s products. In 2005 Mr. Walborn was promoted to Senior Developer and was the development lead on several projects including, the migration of AlertBuilder to the .NET framework, Freight Tracking version 2, and several iterations of DTS’s flagship product eMESA. His responsibilities also include training new developers and TEC support technicians. Mr. Walborn has helped expand the capabilities of eMESA all while keeping the user interface intuitive and incredibly streamlined. Mr. Walborn is a DTS Certified Enterprise Architect.
